Very beautiful. I see people doing this in their yards. Dry creek beds.
We have lots of year round Herons here. Although I live up in the hills Stanwood itself is almost surrounded by water and Herons reside by water because they dine on frogs, fish and other things that like the water too. Stanwood has Port Susan Bay on one side, Skagit Bay on the other side and the Stillaguamish running around and through it. MB
Another beauty...the texture of the rocks and the blue-gray of the tile make the photo just lovely. But the angle of the shot is the photographer's eye.
Interesting picture -- "concrete" yet abstract.
ReplyDeleteGreat collection of rock stars!

I imagine what it was like to hand place each stone!
ReplyDeleteLovely textures visually but a bit ankle twisting I would have thought?

Very, very cool! Great composition, contrasts and colours. Love this!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely combination..
ReplyDeleteLooks like the sky is reflecting on the tiles...
I'd love walking barefoot on both!!
One cool shot the colours bouncing of the pebbles and the curves all merging are fabulous.
ReplyDeleteNice photo. Really draws you in.

ReplyDeleteVery calming and soothing. Both, the subject and your composition.
