Several cities in the world have adopted the practice of not smoking indoors. Rio is no exception. But I always questioned the infrastructure for the smokers. The streets are not prepared for it. There should be ashtrays, collectors, something to avoid pollution of the streets.

This is a rare sight!
I hate to have to say it but I'd probably stop there for about 5 minutes.
