Conde McCullough was a civil engineering professor at Oregon State University and bridge engineer for Oregon from 1919 to 1946. He designed these two great bridges along the coast and supervised the design and construction of over 600 bridges throughout the state.

18 acre botanical park protects the only carnivorous plant in Oregon. The Cobra Lily gets it's main nutrients from passing insects. Insects looking for food are lured into the plant and trapped inside.
