Designed by Finnish architect, Alvar Aalto, the three-story library, completed in 1970, presents a series of curves, light colored wood against black and white counters and natural lighting. Because of it's 'off the beaten path' location and unassuming, ordinary exterior, it is one of Oregon's architectural best kept secrets.
